Beginning with seated breath and joint-freeing movements, the class builds into a fluid, full-body flow inspired by classical sun salutations, followed by grounding hip openers. Designed to open the breath, renew energy, and create clarity, it closes with a short meditation to help you step into your day with intention.
Recommended Props: Two hard foam blocks. Possibly a cushion for sitting on.
