Friday Night Unwind is a gentle, full-body practice designed to help you release the week in your own way. You’re invited to keep the practice grounded and restful, or to explore more movement if energy wants to be expressed, honouring what your body needs in the moment.
We move at a fluid, unhurried pace with an emphasis on breath, ease, and a sense of well-being, concluding in a rewarding savasana. A thoughtfully curated soundtrack supports the journey.
