Power Yoga is a dynamic and physically engaging practice designed to build strength, stamina, and focus. You will develop core strength, improve balance and flexibility, and cultivate a sense of inner steadiness alongside physical effort. Emphasis is placed on proper alignment, structural integrity, and mindful movement, using the breath to deepen the physical, energetic, and mental aspects of the practice.

Classes may include optional inversions and arm balances, taught progressively to support skill development and a deeper understanding of more advanced postures.
