Flow Yoga

Pace: Moderate

In Flow Yoga you will build on the elements of All Levels Yoga, with a special focus on mindful movement. Through holding postures and flowing between them, you will encourage mental focus.

This class is suitable for all levels. However, if this is your first experience with yoga, keep in mind that our All Levels Yoga is the ideal place to begin.
