Mat Pilates

Strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and enhance your balance in this low-impact, full-body workout rooted in a century-old practice. This class focuses on building muscular strength and endurance through a series of controlled movements performed on the mat. Props such as light weights, resistance bands, and yoga blocks will be integrated into both standing and seated exercises to add variety and support your progression.
