Class will begin with a meditative centering practice, you will then be guided through a handful of restorative poses intended to take you into the rest and digest part of your nervous system. We will end with a long releasing savasana.

Five to six long-held, gentle and relaxing poses are practiced per class; creating physiological responses which are beneficial to your health and can reduce the effects of stress-related illness.
The class is slow, deeply nurturing and suitable for all ages – particularly those with chronic pain or limitations.
