Flow Yoga is a dynamic, continuous practice that links postures into longer, thoughtfully designed sequences. While the breath guides the rhythm of the class, movement is not always tied to every inhale or exhale. At times you will move fluidly, and at others you will pause to build strength, stability, and awareness within a posture. This balance of movement and stillness allows you to develop mobility, coordination, and control, while giving the mind space to settle into a more focused, absorbed state.

This class is suitable for individuals with some experience in yoga, Pilates, or other movement practices. If you’re newer to yoga, we recommend starting with our All Levels Yoga class to establish a strong foundation.
