This upbeat flow starts by waking up tight thighs, then keeps building with low lunges, three-legged dog, warrior variations, standing balances, and plenty of hip-opening work. Karen also weaves in a little heart-lifting energy along the way, with backbends, dancer pose, and a playful finale that includes crow or malasana, bridge or wheel, figure-four stretches, and a long, settling savasana.
