In part four of this series of 30 minute practices, you will guided through alternate nostril breathing, gentle forward folds and mantra meditation to transform your body and mind’s response to stress, leaving you with more steadiness and ease to continue through your day, or a good night’s sleep. Yoga relieves stress by stimulating a relaxation response in the nervous system, therein lowering your heart rate and blood pressure, calming and focusing the mind, and reducing feelings of anxiety.

Recommended Props: Pillow or bolster, yoga blocks if available.
