All Levels Yoga

All Levels Yoga offers a well-rounded practice of yoga postures, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques. Rooted in the Hatha Yoga tradition, this class combines the wisdom of traditional practice with a practical approach to movement and self-awareness.

You will be guided to explore alignment in each pose, focusing on placement, rotation, and engagement to support stability and ease. Props such as blocks, straps, and bolsters are often used to enhance comfort and accessibility. Our experienced instructors offer variations to make the practice suitable for all levels.

When you practice All Levels Yoga, you will:
