Stay low to the ground in this gentle and multi level yin yoga practice. Props and variations are offered throughout to allow your practice to be as calming and supportive as can be. Sink in to the earth and take the time to reconnect with the whole of you. Blocks, blankets and bolsters (pillows) are all helpful to have on hand.
