Well, the weather is getting better and you’re starting to explore the great outdoors a little more. If that sounds like you then this practice has what you need. It’s actually 2 practices in 1! The first 15 minutes are a nice little stretch that will get you ready for your outing and the last 15 minutes are a great unwind when you get back. No previous experience or props are necessary; this class is suitable for everyone. There are also a few interesting outtakes (at the end) that might elicit a smile or chuckle :)
