Your hips are a fulcrum of forces in your body. One of the unique aspects of being human is our ability to stand upright persistently, and from this longer viewpoint, navigate the world fluidly. In this practice, we will work with tools of alignment and action to foster strong and stable hips. We strengthen with our core, our gluteus muscles, our back, and more.
