Folding forward brings heightened attunement to inner sensation, feeling the body, the breath, our state of mind and heart. It also expands and releases tension in our back bodies (hamstrings, glutes and back muscles), which can become tight through daily life. In this whole body yoga practice we will also balance the action of forward folding with some stabilization postures and backbends.

Recommended Props: 2 hard blocks
