Yoga for Better Balance • Part 2
I love to practice balancing, if you’ve taken a class with me before that has likely been evident. My wife Karen is less enthusiastic about it. Because of this, I don’t believe she was entirely thrilled with this class. Even so, I believe balancing (in so many ways) is the cornerstone of a healthy well-rounded yoga practice and marriage :)
This is a dynamic practice but posture variations are offered throughout making it suitable for many experience levels.
