This practice will help stretch you out from head to toe with a little emphasis on folding forward safely. Folding forward, when done correctly should feel natural and easeful. Chris guides you through this multi-level practice that offers specific instruction on how do it functionally and in a way that protects your spine and pelvis. Yoga blocks, a bolster (or pillows) would be helpful as this class is taught with many options and variations.
