Breathing, simple right? Well, maybe, but perhaps there’s more intelligence you can bring to your practice by revisiting the fundamentals of this process. Move slowly and mindfully in this all levels class. This practice focuses your attention on your breathing and how it can support your body more completely in stillness and in movement. This class is taught with variations and props, 2 blocks would be helpful.
