This class moves with a calm, breath-led flow that builds to open the hip flexors and thighs. We starts with the small details: softening the face, easing the shoulders, and using the exhale to help the body release tension. Along the way, you’ll work through low lunges, warrior shapes, balance play, and a few more focused strength-and-stretch moments like supported twists, hip openers, and dancer pose – before winding down into supported hip opening, rest and savasana.
