Ayurveda: Grounding Practices for Autumn

Ayurveda is the traditional life science system of India, a sister science of Yoga. In the Autumn, our energetic constitutions are influenced by the cooling temperatures, dry air, and the closing of nature's annual life-cycle. In the workshop you will learn grounding and nurturing ayurvedic practices suitable for the season. We will discuss the three doshas (constitution types), and develop an understanding of practices that relate to them.
