Women's Health Workshop + Gut-Supportive Yoga Practice
With Sophia Muñoz
We were taught to suck it in, stand up straight, and never, ever talk about what happens in the bathroom. But with so many women struggling with bloating and digestive issues without clear answers, it’s time for a different conversation.
In this two-hour women’s health workshop, we’ll untangle why digestion can suddenly feel so unpredictable – including the roles of stress, hormones, your nervous system, motility and everyday habits. We’ll talk about what your bathroom habits may be trying to tell you, why the same foods can feel fine one day and uncomfortable the next, and practical ways to support calmer, more comfortable digestion – without the jargon, shame, or another long list of foods to cut out.
Then we’ll get off our chairs and onto our mats for a gentle 30-40 minute gut-supportive yoga practice using movement, twists, breathwork and restorative poses to support natural motility and your body’s rest-and-digest state.
You’ll leave with take-home worksheets, practical tools you can start using right away, and a simple yoga sequence to keep in your back pocket.
