Through a thoughtfully curated blend of gentle movement, conscious breathwork, and guided meditation, you will be supported in releasing tension and setting meaningful intentions.

As the journey unfolds, you’ll be bathed in the resonant tones of the Dream Gong, crystal quartz alchemy singing bowls, chimes, an ocean drum, sansula, and Native American flute—each instrument weaving layers of sound that calm the nervous system and invite a meditative, dreamlike state.

The experience will conclude with tea and snacks, allowing you to integrate, reset, and emerge feeling nourished and renewed.
