Kushala Anywhere is our online video platform and library, bringing you quality yoga, pilates and meditation classes to watch at your convenience. Each week, we release over 10 new classes to our growing library.
We offer three types of online classes:
Streamed in full HD during our studio classes, bringing you an up-close view of the instructor. Experience the energy of a live class, in a place and at a time that is convenient for you. If you miss the scheduled class time, you can watch our live videos from the library.
Instructed by 2-way streaming video in realtime to an online-only class, limited to 20 participants, available by reservation. Classes are 45 minute-long, Hatha yoga classes suitable for all levels of practice. Get the support of a live instructor in the comfort of your home.
You can watch any class using a visit from your regular yoga pass, or you can purchase an online yoga pass, to watch Kushala Anywhere classes exclusively.

The making of these videos is a labour of love and takes resources (rent, equipment, software). If you’d like to support to our online video project, we would be deeply grateful.
Thoughts are like threads, coming into consciousness as if they are discreet “things”. Our mind seeks to weave them together, to make sense of our experience, to orient ourselves, to make meaning.
If lying down or being on your hands and knees just doesn’t work for your body then this is the class for you: a full body stretch all while standing.
This practice meets your whole body, with a special focus on opening the tightness in your hips. When our hips are stable and open, we can move with natural, powerful grace. In the class you’ll find options to personalize your practice for what your body needs today.
Proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF)……. Now that’s a mouthful! Here you'll play with this technique by contracting the target muscle right before you stretch that same area.
Support your gut (and whole body) health with this all levels practice. Move and breathe with intention to stoke your metabolic fire and the processes of digestion.
Yoga on Demand
Take the pressure off your knees and wrists but take care of your hips and back in this gentle yoga practice. The whole practice is done lying on your back.
This warming core flow is sprinkled with opportunities to play with hops and kicks towards handstand. We prepare by waking up connections between our limbs and core, then if you feel in the mood, bring your hands down and lift-off.
