Nurture each cell of your body in this head to toe, inside to out practice. In awakening our body to movement, and steadiness the metronome of our breath, our mind is brought into focus and calm. In this practice, option are given to use a chair as a prop for balance (I had a sore back last week, and this was a magical way to open up tightness while not straining my back further).

Recommended Props: 2 hard blocks, and optionally a chair for balance and support.
