Karen opens the class with a reminder that doing isn’t everything, and part of the skill of this practice (and life) is to make use of the opportunities to rest and restore. We find this in every breath cycle… and in flow practice, in what we give and receive. The flow moves through pulsing movements including hip openers and a balancing sequences, before winding down with twists and a long savasana. The overall feel is steady and thoughtful, with plenty of pauses to notice release, balance, and where you can do a little less.
