This Flow Yoga class starts gently with breath-led settling and a steady wave of movement through tabletop, child’s pose, down dog, and low lunges. From there, it builds into stronger standing work, side-angle and half-moon variations, a playful moving-tree balance, and a few optional challenges like crow on the way down, all while keeping the pace spacious and easy to follow.
