This class starts with a reminder that your practice is yours alone, with guidance to come back to the breath, and make choices that fit your needs. From there, you’ll move through gentle core work, seated spinal mobility, chair-supported standing balance and lunges, and weighted shoulder strengthening, then finish with a calming prop-supported rest and box breathing before savasana.
