This flow class begins by settling the breath and easing into spine and hip mobilization before moving through steady sun salutations with pauses to feel the shape of each pose. From there, the practice builds into hip stabilizing balances and glute strengthening variations. We then soften into seated hip opening, reclined twists, and a long, spacious savasana.
