This class starts with gentle movement, building towards a warming flow around the expansiveness of halfmoon pose, ardha chandrasana. Karen guides you back to breathing to create an anchor, while reminding you to move at your own pace, take breaks, and use the slower exhale to settle and reset. The practice winds down with deep hip openers and a long, spacious rest.
