This class starts with a thoughtful breath-focused warm-up, then moves through joint mobilizing work for the feet, knees, hips, spine, shoulders, and neck before adding weights for stir-the-pot circles, halo movements, and standing strength work. From there, it builds into one-legged balance, tree pose, warrior two, pyramid, chair plank, core work, chest presses, and a gentle inversion, all with plenty of cues to keep the breath steady and the movement safe and controlled.
