This class is focused on the things that support our postural balance, with Karen explaining that we can work on both sides of the coin: building core and leg strength while also softening tension that can make balance harder. Expect a blend of reclined hip work, bridge with a block, banded core and inner-thigh exercises, then plenty of standing balance work — from guided lunges and tree variations to a slow balancing walk across the mat. It finishes with supported seated hip stretches and a long, prop-friendly savasana for a steady, spacious landing.
