This active aging class opens with a joint-by-joint standing warmup, then moves into chair-supported work with loops and a strap to wake up the feet, hips, shoulders, and core. Expect playful side-to-side balance work, tree, warrior variations, a modified pigeon, and a thoughtful mix of strengthening and mobility, before settling into a long, well-earned rest with breath practice, supported inversion, and calming twists.
