Yoga for Lifelong Mobility with Islena • Tuesday May 5th, 2026
This gentle, beginner-friendly class starts right away with bolstered floor work to decompress the spine, soften the jaw, and make space through the shoulders, lower back, and hips. From there, Islena layers in side-to-side rocking, supported twists, hamstring and calf work, and some surprisingly lively standing arm swings and breath of joy to wake up the whole body before settling into a long, deeply restful finish.
