Chris opens the class by inviting you to soften, breathe into more space, and not take practice too seriously — complete with a little Kurt Vonnegut playfulness. From there, the class builds through grounded Hatha-style standing work, twists, Warrior III and Revolved Half Moon variations, with plenty of options, blocks, and moments to pause and catch your breath. It finishes with a thoughtful reset: hip openers, a gentle inversion, breath holds, and a long, quiet Shavasana.
