Karen opens this class with a calm, grounding breath practice before building into banded reclined work for the hips, core, and back. From there, the class gradually layers in glute and adductor strengthening, slow balance drills, standing lunges, and a few playful balance variations with a block, all at an easy, therapeutic pace. It finishes with deep hip releases, a gentle inversion option, and a long, restful savasana.
