This class is all about the breath: Chris guides you through a playful, surprisingly detailed exploration of how the diaphragm and ribcage move as you change shapes from kneeling to tabletop, down dog, standing, and even supported floor work. Expect a moderate Hatha flow with lots of breath-coordinated movement, balancing and standing poses, and a long, calming finish with side-body opening, supported inversion, and extended breath holds in savasana.
