Karen opens this class with a gentle invitation to slow the breath and settle into “stability and ease,” then builds into a steady, breath-led flow that keeps returning to the basics of feeling, balance, and inner awareness. Expect plenty of low lunge, Warrior II, triangle, half moon, tree, side plank, and a few playful strength-and-stability moments, all softened with hip openers, an inversion variation, and a long, well-earned savasana at the end.
