This class leans into functional strength with a steady mix of reclined work, chair-based standing, and plenty of options to make it fit the morning body. Chris has you start with hand weights on your back, then move into shoulder work, balance and leg strength by the chair, before winding down with a neck-strengthener, a figure-four release, and a calming physiological sigh practice.
