Chris opens with a gentle reminder to pay attention to the breath, the body, and the mind, then eases everyone into a slow, beginner-friendly warm-up with plenty of options. The class builds toward tree, warrior one and two, pyramid, and a supported half moon variation, with lots of alignment cues, prop suggestions, and a calm focus on keeping the knees and hips happy. It wraps with bridge, core work with a block, a soothing box-breathing practice, and a long Shavasana to settle everything down.
