Chris starts this class by naming attention as the thread running through the whole practice, inviting you to notice when the mind wanders and simply return to the breath. Using a strap, block, chair, light weights, and resistance-band work, the class moves from grounded floor warm-ups into standing balance work, chair-supported shapes, a few intense spinal-strengthening challenges, and a long breath practice and savasana to close.
