This beginner-friendly active aging class starts gently on the floor with breath-led easing into the hips and low back, then builds through joint-freeing movement, strap work, and steady glute and hip strengthening. Chris emphasizes choosing what feels safe for your body, and the class also includes seated shoulder mobility, standing balance work at the chair, and a calm wind-down with a supported inversion and long, slowing breaths.
