Karen opens the class with a steady, breath-led warm-up that builds into a full-body flow of lunges, twists, standing balance, and playful strength work. You’ll move through tree, warrior three, side plank variations, crow options, and deeper hip and hamstring stretches, with plenty of time to adjust for knees, blocks, and the pace that feels right for your body. The class closes with calming hip openers, bridge, twists, and a long, quiet savasana to balance all that energy with a little ease.
