This class moves guides you to listen to the underlying rhythms of your body, and work with this calm undercurrent to release tension from the mind and body. We start with breathwork and gentle spinal warm-ups before building into a sequence of low lunges, warrior, Half Moon, side plank, and heart-opening backbends such as Half Bow and Dancer Pose. There’s also an arm-balance or squat option near the end, plus a long, soothing wind-down with reclined figure four, a supported inversion, and a soft closing rest.
