This class blends hip and back mobility with plenty of balance work. Today, we use a resistance band for extra stability and challenge. You’ll move from gentle reclined leg work and core-focused bridge variations into standing balances, supported dancer, tree pose, and active squat, with a calm reminder that wobbling is part of the practice.
