This class focuses on forward folds with a lot of care around how they work in the body, especially using bent knees, pelvic tilt, and breath to keep things safe for the hamstrings and low back. You’ll move through standing folds, lunges, Warrior Two, Warrior Three, a seated wide-angle fold, and a gentle finishing inversion, all with Chris offering plenty of variations, blocks, and reminders to stay out of momentum and into your breath. The class also weaves in a thoughtful breathing pause at the end, with progressively longer breath holds before settling into savasana.
