Karen opens with breathwork and jnana mudra, inviting you to slow down, notice what’s been running in the background, and tune into a more conscious, energized baseline. From there the class builds into a steady flow with low and high lunges, warrior shapes, revolved lunge, lizard, forearm plank, dolphin, crow, bridge, and a quiet finish with twists and a long savasana. It’s a playful, power-leaning practice with lots of attention to breath, stability, and those little in-between moments that help you move more deliberately.
