Karen starts this class by framing it around the building blocks of balance: steady posture, internal feedback, and a calmer, more focused breath. From there, she moves through gentle reclined work with a block and band, side-lying hip and glute strength, standing lunges, pyramid, warrior two, and a playful half moon variation, all aimed at supporting stability through the hips, back, ankles, and core. The class winds down with figure-four stretches, a twist, and a choice of final resting shapes, leaving plenty of space to settle and reset.
