Chris begins with alternate nostril breathing, then uses the breath as the thread through a grounded Hatha flow that keeps asking you to stay present. The class moves through child’s pose, downward dog, lunges, goddess, triangle, lizard, skandasana, tree, and a balancing toe hold before easing into twists, a gentle inversion, and a long, attentive savasana. Throughout, Chris keeps the tone encouraging and practical, with lots of options, reminders to soften the mind, and a playful nudge to be kind to yourself when the wobble shows up.
