Karen starts this class by settling you into a supported recline to make diaphragmatic breathing feel a little more accessible, then builds gradually into gentle hip circles, figure-fours, bridge variations, lunges, and spacious standing work. There’s plenty of thoughtful support along the way — blocks between the thighs, optional knee padding, and calm alternatives for sensitive hips or knees — before the class winds down with a hip flexor stretch, reclined twist, and a long, restful finish.
