This class takes a ground-up approach to hips, back, and balance, starting with slow, breath-led floor work and resistance band work to wake up the glutes, hips, and outer ankles. From there it builds into dynamic standing balance shapes, playful side-to-side weight shifts, and steady one-legged work that asks for attention without rushing. The pace stays calm and thoughtful throughout, with plenty of time to feel how support, control, and ease all work together.
