This class starts with steady breathwork and gentle joint freeing before moving into a full standing sequence with weights and chair support. Expect controlled warrior shapes, balance work, rows, kickbacks, bicep curls, and a creative shoulder stability drill, then a lower-body and floor finish with bridges, figure fours, hamstring stretches, and a long, restful shavasana.
